Orbit started as a frustration: every sales team we knew was leaking deals through missed calls, lost notebooks, and CRM fields nobody filled in. So we built the layer that fixes it — quietly, in the background.

Our take

CRMs were invented in the 90s when sales was email and forms. Today, the most valuable conversations happen on calls and WhatsApp — and CRMs make reps re-type them. That gap is where deals die.

Orbit closes the gap. We capture the conversation, summarize it, and feed your existing systems with real data — no behaviour change required from the rep.

The result: sales teams get back ~7 hours of selling time per rep per week, never miss a callback, and finally have an honest record of what actually happened on every call.

If a tool needs the rep to do extra work, the rep won't use it. Orbit only succeeds if it's invisible to the people on the phone.

Your data isn't ours

Multi-tenant isolation at every layer. Your conversations never train models. We're POPIA and GDPR aligned by default.

Built where the customers are

South African sales has its own rhythm — WhatsApp first, multi-lingual, deal-by-deal. Orbit is tuned for it, not a US import.

Make the existing stack better
